The residence is in Maxvorstadt, near bars, restaurants, markets and bakery.
The U Bahn and Bus Josephsplatz are a 2 min walk away.
(so >5 min to Hauptbahnhof and Sendlinger Tor)
Main campus of the TU is only a 8 min walk away and 15 min walk to the Hochschule München (or 7 min by Bus)
In the residence you will share the WC, bathroom and kitchen with other girls.
They are friendly, but everyone keeps a lot to themselves, so if you wish to make friends and get to know them it's easy, but not mandatory. :)
The shared areas are cleaned daily by the staff at the residence.
