Liebe Wg-Sucher,
Ich ziehe aus,und ab dem 1. März wird mein Zimmer in der wunderschönen Maxvorstadt frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und komplett eingerichtet, mit Ausrichtung zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof, mit Morgensonne. (Südost- Seite).
Die Wohnung ist 2 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Theresienstrasse (U2), U-Bahnhof Josephsplatz (U2) und 1 Minute von der Bushaltestelle der Linie 154/ 153 entfernt. Alles was man braucht liegt um die Ecke, mit viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl, Tengelmann, Rewe....). 16 Gehminuten von der LMU, und 6 Gehminuten von der TU entfernt.
Mittnutzung von Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Im Bad stehen eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Mitbewohner ist ein sehr cooler und hilfsbereitiger älterer Herr, der sich auf einen ruhigen und netten WG-Bewohner/-in freut. Eine angemessene Sauberkeit wird erwartet.
Mietpreis wären 590 pro Monat (Warmmiete) exkl. W-Lan und Strom.

Dear WG-seeker
I'm leaving Munich, and am therefore looking for someone to take over my room in Maxvorstadt from the 1st of March. The bedroom is about 18 sqm big and completely furnished. Attached is a small living room that is free to common use. The view out of your room aims to a quiet backyard (South-eastly oriented). Warm morning sun included.
It is a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the subway station Theresienstrasse or subway station Josephsplatz, and a 1 minute walk to the busstop of the bus lines 154 and 153. The area ("Viertel") is beautiful, everything you could possibly need is right around the corner. It is a 16 minute walk to the LMU and 6 minute walk to the TU (Universities of Munich).
In the bathroom you can find a washing machine and dryer out of any charge for you to use. The Kitchen and the bathroom is shared with a very cool, older German gentleman. He only speaks German, but by no means must you be fluent!
The asking price is 590 Euros per month excluding Wifi and electricity.
