My roommate is moving out in July unfortunately and I’m looking for someone to rent her room. The room is 25m2 and has 5 large windows which bring in plenty of sunlight. It also has a nice view of a church down the street. The room will come unfurnished so obviously it will look great after you have furnished it! I believe in you. The apartment itself is 68m2 and includes a small dining room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The bathroom also includes a small washing machine for all of your laundry needs.
This flat is very centrally located but still far enough away from the city center to be quiet. The closest Ubahn station is Mailingerstraße which is 2 stops from Hauptbahnhof on the U1 line. Since we’re around the corner from Nymphenburgerstr we have quick access to several restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance along with a Lidl/DM and a Rewe City for your shopping needs. Do you have a bike? Do you like to repair it yourself? Cool. Then this next part doesn’t really matter to you but there is a good bike repair shop down the street. There’s also a small cinema which my roommate and I go to frequently.
I’m just a guy that moved here almost 2 years ago from California to get my master’s degree. I’m currently working 4 days a week at a company to finish my thesis and outside of that I’m usually hanging out with friends, watching movies, going to the gym, bouldering, hiking, etc. My roommate and I like to keep a clean apartment so we alternate weekends where one of us will clean the whole place. So as long as we can keep this place clean and you’re not loud early in the morning or late at night, I really don’t have any “rules”. If you’re someone who is fun to talk to and would want to catch-up and get a beer during the week that would also be nice :).
