Das Zimmer (unmöbliert) hat ca. 14qm, Echtholz-Parkett und eine in einen Innenhof ausgerichtete Fensterfront. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 70 qm groß, hat eine Einbauküche, Bad mit Badewanne und einen gemeinsamen Wohn-/Essbereich im Flur. Daneben gibt es noch zwei weitere WG Zimmer. Da es sich um das Hinterhaus handelt, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Die Lage ist mit das Beste an der Wohnung. Sie liegt zwischen Schwabing und Maxvorstadt, sodass eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars in direkter Nähe sind. Die Tram kann in 2 min erreicht werden und bis zur U-Bahn Giselastraße sind es nur 6 Gehminuten. Ein besonderes Highlight ist auch die Nähe zum Englische Garten.
In der Wohnung leben derzeit Felix (28) und Chris (30). Wir sind beide berufstätig und sind dementsprechend auf der Suche nach jemandem, der ebenfalls berufstätig ist. Außerdem solltest du bereits über WG-Erfahrung verfügen. Uns ist ein entspanntes und aktives WG-Leben wichtig, wobei natürlich jeder auch seinen Freiraum hat. Wir sind beide sportinteressiert und kochen gerne mit unseren Mitbewohnern.
