da ich im Rahmen meines Studiums vorerst für ca. 1,5 Jahre nicht in München sein werde, aber diese schöne Wohnung nicht komplett aufgeben möchte, würde ich es gerne für diese Zeit mit Option auf spätere Übernahme untervermieten.
Die Wohnung (72qm) besteht aus 2 Zimmern zu je 15qm mit großer Küche, großem Bad und Balkon zum Innenhof (25qm).
Sie befindet sich in der Nähe vom Stiglmaierplatz (U1), nur eine Station vom Hbf entfernt.
Zur TUM braucht man mit dem Rad nur 5, zur LMU 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ZOB, Restaurants, Park und Co. sind auch ums Eck, also echt perfekt!
