Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG und hat drei Zimmer.
Somit gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, aber im größten Zimmer ist ein TV und bald auch eine Couch, was gerne kollektiv genutzt werden darf.
Zudem ist die Küche ziemlich groß und bietet genügend Platz für mehrere Personen, falls mal Besuch da ist.
Es gibt einen Abstellraum in welchem etwas Kleidung und Schuhe geparkt werden kann.
Das Regal auf dem Foto plus Schreibtisch und Stuhl können bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Eine Lampe und ein Vorhang sind montiert.
Die Lage ist perfekt.
Theresienstraße und Josephsplatz (U2) und Stiglmaierplatz (U1) sind in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Gute Einkaufs und - Ausgehmöglichkeiten.
2 Min vom Maßmannpark entfernt.
Wir sind jahrelange Freunde und wohnen seit 7 Jahren zusammen.
Im Mai sind wir in diese neue Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt gezogen.
Wir kochen gerne zusammen und schauen auch mal einen Film :)
Wir sind beide tolerant und Weltoffen und erwarten, dass auch vom Mitbewohner.
