Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Die Schränke und Kleiderstangen räume ist größtenteils leer, sodass man ausreichend Platz für seine Sachen hat. Das Fenster ist zum Innenhof, daher hört man vom Verkehr sehr wenig. Der Fernseher (42 Zoll) kann gerne genutzt werden, eine PlayStation 4 ebenfalls. Die Matratze ist 2 Jahre alt äußerst bequem
Die Lage ist eigentlich kaum zu schlagen. Man befindet sich nur 4-5 Gehminuten vom Barviertel entfernt. Die Tram Sandstraße ist 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt und man ist in nur 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Die U-Bahn Stiglmaierplatz ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und man ist nach nur 1 Station am Hauptbahnhof. Mit der Tram kann man sogar direkt zum Stachus oder Marienplatz fahren. Edeka, Lidl Penny, ein Waschsalon, viele Restaurants, eine Reinigung, Fitnessstudio, DM, Friseur uvm. ist alles in unter 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Hochschule und TU kann man ebenfalls in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichen.
Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschine und natürlich die komplette Ausstattung können vollumfänglich genutzt werden....svtw9012 {@} {gmail} {.} {com}
