I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a cool old apartment in downtown Munich (ceiling height over 4 meters), between all the cafes and bars in Maxvorstadt, (Barer Str./Schellingstr.).
The kitchen is completely furnished including dishwasher and cupboards.The window faces West to the backyard, so there is sun in the afternoon.
The bathroom is fully equipped as well. There is also a washing machine here.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
There is also a large storage room for suitcases/files/snowboards/kite equipment...or whatever you need to store. We also have a GIANT cupboard here where there is really plenty of room for board games, files, tools, etc... This gives your own room more space.
The hallway is nice and long.
Your room is about 23 square meters and quite square, the windows face east.
In the room there is already a very big cupboard (PAX) and a very good, very big bed. There is also a couch, a coffee table, as well as small shelf elements available to use.
About me:
I've been living in this neighborhood for ages and am working in a tax firm. I like to chill in cafes, play beach volleyball, go to the gym, play some guitar, play computer when I find the time and otherwise enjoy going to events with friends (like Taco Tuesdays or bar evenings etc.)...
