Der idyllische Garten hinter dem Haus lädt im Sommer zum Grillen ein und steht wie der Billardtisch und die Kegelbahn im Keller allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung.
Die große Küche im Erdgeschoss sowie die beiden Badezimmer wurden 2021vollständig renoviert und modernisiert.
Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen ebenfalls gratis zur Verfügung.
