Das Zimmer ist aktuell teilmöbliert (aber ein Tisch und Bank vorhanden), super hell und mit Zugang zu einem Balkon. Die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht (Geschirr, Geschirrspülmaschine, Badewanne/Dusche, Waschmaschine etc.). Aufzug ist vorhanden.
Zu Fuß ist man in 4 Minuten an der Haltestelle Universität und in 2 Minuten am Englischen Garten (besser geht es also kaum).
Du wohnst mit einer 25 - jährigen Studentin (Wirtschaftsingeneurswissenschaften) zusammen welche aktuell an ihrer Bachelorarbeit schreibt. Sie ist super unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wenn du willst ist sie immer für einen Wein zu haben, wenn nicht kannst du aber auch komplett deine Ruhe haben.
Bzgl. Auszugsdatum bin ich halbwegs flexibel - schreibt bitte kurz ein paar Worte zu euch (was ihr macht, woher ihr kommt, wie alt ihr seid, wann ihr ein- und ausziehen wollen würdet etc. - hier auf WG-Gesucht).
Im Mietpreis sind sowohl WLAN als auch GEZ und alle weiteren Kosten beinhaltet (also all in).
