Das Zimmer hat 12 qm, kostet 605 € warm und wird unmöbliert sein. Für mich hat es perfekt gepasst, um alles unterzubringen.
Das Fenster geht zum Hof raus und man schaut direkt auf einen schönen, alten Baum.
Bevor ich ausziehe, streiche ich nochmal alles. :)
In der Küche haben wir eine gemütliche Couch und auch eine Spülmaschine.
Eine Waschmaschine haben wir ebenfalls und im Flur ist genug Platz zum Wäsche trocknen.
Eine perfektere Lage gibt es glaube ich kaum. Es sind 2 Gehminuten zur TU, zur LMU ca. 8 mit dem Fahrrad. Der Königsplatz und die Pinakotheken sind auch direkt in der Nähe. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Technische Universität) ist 3 Min entfernt und die Ubahn 4(Theresienstrasse). Um die Ecke gibt es alles, was man so braucht : DM, Rewe, Netto, Bioladen...
Meine Mitbewohner sind zwei sehr nette Studenten, die gerade mit ihrem Master begonnen haben. :)
Wenn du interessiert bist, melde dich gerne hier bei mir! Schreibe bitte etwas darüber, wer du bist und was du so machst. Dann können wir bald eine Besichtigung ausmachen. Du könntest theoretisch jederzeit einziehen, ich brauche nicht lange um meine Sachen wegzubringen.
