In unserer wunderschönen Altbau 4er WG in der Adalbertstraße 68 wird zum 01.09. ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15qm groß, ist ideal geschnitten mit tollem Holzboden, hat sehr hohe Decken (so wie die ganze Wohnung) und hat große Fenster 🙂 Der Rest der Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Balkon! Zur Wohnung gehören gehört auch ein Keller sowie weitere Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung. Platz ist also genug da.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar! Die Wohnung liegt auf der Ecke Barerstrasse. Du bist Mitten in der belebten Maxvorstadt und hast alle tollen Bars und Restaurant in Laufnähe. Zu Fuß sind es zur Uni, zu den Pinakotheken, zur Türkenstrasse und zum Josefsplatz gerade einmal 5 Minuten. In der Wohnung hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichst du ebenfalls super schnell (Tram, U-Bahn, Busse).
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Sabrine (studiert Philosophie und Physik), Salma (arbeitet bei Xing Events) und Boja (arbeitet bei einem MedTec Startup).
Alle sind zwischen 26 und 30 Jahren alt.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 600€ kalt + etwa 60€ Nebenkosten.
Nach Absprache können einzelne Kleinmöbel mit abgegeben werden.
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt, Putzpläne und weiteres braucht es nicht, aber ein bisschen WG Erfahrung sollte man schon haben. Bitte schreibe uns doch ein bisschen was zu dir, wir freuen uns!
