Hi girls! I am subletting my room in Maxvorstadt from November - February (possible till May - negotiable, maybe longer).
About the house:
2 boys and 1 girl, (so we prefer a girl to take over the room to keep a nice balance)
The building has an elevator, and Bike storage, and in the house you share a kitchen, pantry (with washing machine), bathroom and toilette. The house is on Georgenstr., so very central and very good public transport connections (Bus 153 and 154 are 2 min walk, U2 Joseph’s Platz 6min walk, Nordbad Station 6 mins walk).
A lot of amnesties and supermarkets at very close proximity (walking: Lidl 2 min, butchery 2 mins, bakery 3 mins, REWE 4 mins, kiosk 4 mins). Massman park is also just an 8 minute walk, and Fit Star Gym as well as another Lidl and DM.
About the room:
The rooms is 16m2, so very spacious, with a big window. It is furnished with a double bed, closet, some shelves, big study desk and chair, and sound system.
About you!
You’re a girl, student or intern preferably, between the ages of 22-27. German is spoken by all housemates, but English is also be totally fine! You’re clean, responsible, easy going and would have either work or classes to go to on some days of the week.
We like to have game nights, and cook something every once in a while together as well. So we are looking for someone who does their own thing, but who would also get along with the flatties - its not a Zweck WG.
The rent would be 645€, and a deposit of 2 months.
