Ich ziehe demnächst aus meinem Zimmer aus und suche einen Nachmieter.
Die Miete beträgt aktuell rund 560 Euro (wenn die Vermieter nicht erhöhen.) Du könntest mit dem Koffer einziehen. Da ich fast alle Möbel drin lassen (Bett, Schrank, Sofa, Raumteiler, Kleiderstange, Spiegel, , Beistelltisch, Waschmaschine) werde, möchte ich dafür gerne eine Ablöse von 1.100 Euro.
Die WG ist super zentral gelegen. Direkt an der Theresienstraße bist Du in circa vier Minuten an der U-Bahn. Die TU und die Pinakotheken sind fußläufig in circa 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir treffen uns abends gerne auf einen Wein und quatschen über den Tag. Am Wochenende unternehmen wir auch gerne etwas gemeinsam. Wenn man sich zurück ziehen will, ist das aber auch vollkommen in Ordnung.
