Ab Januar wird mein Zimmer im Wohnheim frei. Auf unserem Stockwerk teilen wir uns zu Acht die Küche, da diese täglich von einer Reinigungskraft geputzt wird, sind die Gemeinschaftsräume sehr sauber. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert übergeben, auf Wunsch können die Möbel aber im Keller gelagert werden und durch eigene Möbel ersetzt werden.
Die Wohnsituation ist ideal für alle, die gerne Leute um sich haben, aber auch mal gerne nur für sich sind.
Toll ist außerdem auch der eigene Balkon, auf dem ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle Platz finden.
Im Preis ist alles (auch WLAN) inkludiert.
Direkt beim Josephsplatz (Maxvorstadt) gibt es alles was man sich wünscht, U2 und Bus sind in unter 2 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist ideal für Studentinnen der TUM, da man zu Fuß in ca. 10min am Stammgelände ist.
