Hallo liebe WG-Suchenden,
Ich bin Theresa und suche ab dem 01.05 zwei neue Mitbewohner in meiner schönen 3er WG am Josephsplatz.
Das eine Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und bereits möbliert. Die WG liegt im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre), dein Zimmer schaut Richtung Hof. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/ Dusche und ein separates WC. Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine.
Was soll man sagen, die Lage ist top :) Die WG liegt mitten in der Maxvorstadt, 7 min zur TU, 3 zum Josephsplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts hier genügend.
Ich bin Studentin und mache jetzt meinen Bachelor in Architektur. Nebenher arbeite ich als Werkstudentin. Ich möchte keine reine Zweckgemeinschaft. Ob entspannt einen Wein trinken oder Skifahren gehen bin ich immer dabei :) Ich lade gerne Freunde ein und würde mich freuen, wenn du ähnlich kontaktfreudig bist wie ich. Alles kann, nichts muss :)
