Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und hochwertig möbliert. Somit brauchst du dich nicht groß einrichten. Im Mietpreis sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten (könnte in den nächsten Tagen noch leicht angepasst werden) sowie die Nutzung der restlichen Wohnung mit insgesamt 170m². Teil deines Zimmers ist auch noch ein geräumiger Wandschrank direkt neben der Zimmertür im Flur.

Wunderschöner Altbau mit sehr hohen Decken (ca. 4m hoch). Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet: große Küche mit Spülmaschine, großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine in einem top Altbau. Wir teilen uns Badezimmer aber haben ein zusätzliches WC.
…UND: wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer von ~40m², wo wir sehr viel zusammen machen!

The room is 12m² in size and is furnished to a high standard. Thus, you do not need to worry about furniture. The rent already includes all costs (exact figure TBD) and the use of the rest of the apartment with a total of 170m². Part of your room is also a spacious closet right next to the room door in the hallway.
Apartment:
Beautiful old building with very high ceilings (about 4m high). The apartment is equipped with everything: large kitchen with dishwasher, large living / dining room, spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine in a top old building. We share bathroom but have an additional toilet.
...AND: we have a huge living room of ~40m² where we do a lot together!
Die beste Lage in München! 3 Fußminuten zum Odeonsplatz und der Innenstadt und gleichzeitig direkt an der Maxvorstadt mit vielen tollen Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Englische Garten ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Zu unserer WG gehören Jacob (29, gerade seinen Master in Biologie abgeschlossen, ursprünglich aus Holland), Felix (26, Start-up Gründer, teilt seine Zeit zwischen London und München auf), Laurens (24, Amazon Web Services, ursprünglich aus Holland) und Roman (25, Private Equity, ursprünglich aus Frankreich). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern machen viel zusammen. Dazu gehören gemeinsames Kochen, Bier trinken oder aber einfach gemeinsame Zeit im Wohnzimmer mit Musik, Tanz oder Film. Zuhause findet sich immer eine Person, mit der man Zeit verbringen kann. Auf der anderen Seite hat man auch immer die Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen.
Da wir sehr gerne endlose Diskussionen führen und Freunde einladen, suchen wir eine/n sympathische/n Mitbewohner*In, der/die nicht zu schüchtern ist um seine Meinung zu sagen und der/die auch gern Zeit zusammen mit uns verbringt! Im Idealfall suchen wir eine/n junge/n Berufstätige :)

Our flat-sharing group includes Jacob (29, just finished his master's degree in biology, originally from Holland), Felix (26, start-up founder, splits his time between London and Munich), Laurens (24, Amazon Web Services, originally from Holland) and Roman (25, private equity, originally from France). We are not a purpose-built shared apartment, but do a lot together. This includes cooking together, drinking beer or just spending time together in the living room with music, dancing or watching a movie. At home there is always someone to spend time with. On the other hand, you always have the possibility to withdraw.
Since we love to have endless discussions and invite friends, we are looking for a sympathetic roommate who is not too shy to speak his/her mind and who also likes to spend time together with us! Ideally we are looking for a young professional :)
