Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig, liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat drei Fenster. Zum Zimmer gehört ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im Badezimmer oben von Theresa und Andi gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es noch eine kleine Einbauküche und ein schönes Wohnzimmer, und eine fantastische Gartenterrasse.
Zur U-Bahn-Station Theresienstraße sind es circa 8 Minuten und zur U-Bahn-Station Jospehsplatz circa 5 Minuten (beides U2). In der Nähe gibt es einen Backwarenshop, eine Bäckerei, einen Laden für Pizza zum Mitnehmen und vieles mehr. Zum nächsten Edeka sind es circa 5 Minuten und zum nächsten Lidl circa 8 Minuten.
Cool wäre: Frau (Anfang bis Ende 30?), berufstätig, cool und entspannt, ordentlich und langfristig an nem schönen Zuhause interessiert.
Andi und Resi sind genau das. Cool& entspannt, ordentlich und vor allem super nett! Echte Lieblingsmitbewohner halt :)
