biete ein schönes 12qm Zimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer in einer 95qm Wohnung mit großzügiger 30qm großer Terasse zur Untermiete.
Im Schlaftzimmer:
Ein Bett, zwei Kleiderschränke, Vorhänge sind bereits vorhanden. Eine saubere Matratze ist ablösbar. Gerne kannst du dem Zimmer noch deine persönliche Note verleihen.
Im Wohnzimmer:
Ein L-shaped Sofa, ein Persisches Teppich, ein E-Piano, riesiges Bücherregal, ein runder Esstisch, zwei Vorhänge sind bereits vorhanden.
Allgemein: Sämtliche Haushaltsgegenstände (Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Geschirrspüler etc.) sind bereits vorhanden und können mitgenutzt werden.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für dein Auto kann bei Bedarf dazugemietet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Herzen von München in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Augustenstraße.
Ich bin Simal, 25 und berufstätig aber auch teilzeit-Studentin an der TU München.
Es ist hier sehr gemütlich und entspannt. Über einen freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander und die ein oder andere gemeinsame Aktivität (Kochen, Sport, Drinks am Balkon) würde ich mich sehr freuen. Jeder soll aber trotzdem auch mal seine Ruhe genießen können. ..und Hygiene/Sauberkeit ist einer der Wichtigsten. ;-)
