Die Lage ist super. Eine Halte entfernt zum Hauptbahnhof, 6 Minuten braucht man zu Fuß zur U1 und 10 Minuten zur U2. Zudem ist die Tramhaltestelle 2 Minuten entfernt. Zum Olympiapark gelangt man in 10 Minuten und zur Universität kann man in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren.

The location is great. Only one stop away from the main train station and it takes 6 minutes to walk to the U1 and 10 minutes to the U2. In addition, the tram stop is 2 minutes away in walking distance. You can reach the Olympic Park in 10 minutes by the tram and the university in 5-10 minutes by bike.
Wir suchen explizit nach jemanden, der/die sich auf ein gemeinsames WG Leben freut und nicht nach einer Zweck-WG sucht. Es ist erwünscht offen für einen WG Abend zu sein, wie zb ein gemeinsames Kochen mit einem Gläschen Wein oder Grillen an der Isar. :-) Meine Mitbewohner sind super nett und entspannt.👌
Ein Mitbewohner kommt aus England (Student) und eine Mitbewohnerin ist Deutsch (berufstätig). Daher wird hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen.
Die Wohnung wird mit einem Putzplan grundsätzlich ordentlich gehalten, kann jedoch von Zeit zu Zeit mal etwas chaotisch sein (zb Prüfungsphase). Daher sollte man auch damit zurecht kommen können.

We are explicitly looking for someone who enjoys a WG life and is not looking for a purpose-built flat share. It is desirable to be open to an evening together, such as cooking with a glass of wine or having a barbecue at the Isar. :-) My flat mates are extremely nice and don’t take everything too serious 👌.
One flatmate is English (student) and one flatmate is German (working). Therefore, mainly English is spoken in our flat.
The apartment is basically kept tidy with a WG cleaning plan, but can be a bit chaotic from time to time (e.g. exam phase). So you should be able to deal with it.
