Hallo zukünftige Mitbewohnerin!
Ab 01.09.2022 wird das größte Zimmer in dem von uns bewohnten Haus frei. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite in der dritten Etage. Es hat zwei große Fenster, die viel Sonnenlicht und Querlüftung in den Raum lassen, und ist mit einem schönen, hellen Parkettboden ausgestattet. Das Zimmer bietet einen Blick in den rückwärtigen Bereich mit üppigem Grün und ist daher nicht sehr störend durch Straßenlärm.
Gemeinschaftsräume sind die Küche mit Esstisch, die Toilette, der Flur mit Schuhschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockengestell, Kellerabteil, Kellerschrank.
Wenn Sie etwas früher einziehen möchten, kann darüber verhandelt werden.
Eine Anmeldung ist erforderlich und der Vermieter erklärt sich selbstverständlich bereit, das Anmeldeformular auszufüllen.

Hello future flatmate!
From 01.09.2022, the largest room in the house we inhabit will be available. The room is located on the south side on the third floor. It has two big windows which allow ample sunlight and cross ventilation into the room, and is equipped with a beautiful and light parquet floor. The room offers a view into the backside with plush greenery and therefore there is not much disturbance of roadside noise.
Common areas are the kitchen with a dining table, the toilet, the hallway with shoe cabinet, washing machine and drying rack, cellar compartment, cellar cabinet.
If you want to move in a little earlier, it can be negotiated.
Registration is necessary and the landlord. naturally agrees to fill out the registration form.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Theresienstraße entfernt und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Englischen Garten und zum Stadtzentrum.
Verschiedene Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar (Edeka, REWE, Lidl, Netto um nur einige zu nennen).
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und man hat eine gute Anbindung an alles. Die Maxvorstadt ist sehr belebt, es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants rundherum, die Lage ist wirklich Weltklasse. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es nachts trotzdem sehr ruhig, Schlafen ist überhaupt kein Problem.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the Theresienstraße U-Bahn station and is in close proximity to the English garden and the city centre.
Various supermarkets are also within walking distance (Edeka, REWE, Lidl, Netto to name a few).
The apartment is in the middle of the city and you have a great connection to everything. The Maxvorstadt is very busy, there are many bars and restaurants all around, the location is really world class. With the window closed, it is still very quiet at night, sleeping is no problem at all.
Thomas (21) kommt aus Schottland und ist seit 2 Jahren in München. Er arbeitet in der Gastronomie. Er genießt ein Bier mit einer guten Unterhaltung.
Ich, Valay (28), bin 2021 für meinen Master nach München gekommen und arbeite derzeit in der Branding- und Marketingbranche als Managerin.

Sie sollten für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sorgen und sich um sie kümmern.
Praktisch wäre es, wenn Sie einen Job hätten, oder wenn nicht, dann sollten Sie die Zeitpläne der Mitbewohner unter der Woche respektieren, damit es nicht um 5 Uhr morgens am Dienstag Lärm gibt, wenn jemand zur Arbeit gehen muss. Am Wochenende hingegen ist das in Ordnung oder sogar erwünscht :)
Mehr fällt mir auf Anhieb nicht ein, seid nett, achtsam und wir freuen uns auf euch! :)

You should ensure cleanliness of the apartment and take care of it.
It would be practical if you had a job or if not, then you should respect the schedules of the flatmates during the week so that there isn't noise at 5 am on a Tuesday when someone needs to go to work. On the weekend, however, fine or even desired. :)
