Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein tolles Café, im Innenhof kann man Fahrräder sicher abstellen. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt an der LMU und Ubahn U3/6 "Universität". Englischer Garten, Siegestor, Odeonsplatz und die schönsten Restaurants der Maxvorstadt sind wenige Meter entfernt.
Auf dich wartet ein voll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit King Size Bett, höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, Ledersessel, Balkon, und privates Bad. Du kannst alles in der Wohnung mit nutzen
Die Miete ist bei 1000 EUR, inkl alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, WiFi, Strom...)
Dies ist eine Zwischenmiete von Dezember bis Ende Januar, und optional bis Ende Februar. Während dieser Zeit werden meine Freundin und ich verreisen.
In der anderen Hälfte der Wohnung wohnt ein super netter Mitbewohner (m, 30). Dieser hat sein separates Zimmer und Bad.
Für die Zwischenmiete suchen eine Person, kein Paar. Gelegentlicher Besuch ist natürlich OK.
Mein Stadtfahrrad stelle ich dir gern für den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung.

This classic apartment is on the 4th floor, approximately 140 sqm in size, has 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, is phenomenally beautiful, and fully furnished with high-quality furnishings, including a Home Gym, and a kitchen with professional equipment and a B&O sound system.
On the ground floor, there's a fantastic café, and in the courtyard, you can securely store bicycles. The location is superbly central, right next to the LMU (Ludwig Maximilian University) and the U3/6 subway station "Universität." The English Garden, Siegestor, Odeonsplatz, and the most delightful restaurants in the Maxvorstadt are just a few meters away.
A fully furnished room with a King Size bed, adjustable desk, leather chair, balcony, and a private bathroom await you. You're welcome to use everything in the apartment.
The rent is 1000 EUR, incl utilities (heating, water, WiFi, electricity...).
This is a sublet from December until the end of January, with the option to extend until the end of February. During this time, my girlfriend and I will be traveling.
In the other half of the apartment, there's a really nice roommate (male, 30) who has his own separate room and bathroom.
We are looking for one person for the sublet, not a couple. Occasional visitors are, of course, welcome.
