Hallo zusammen!
I am looking for a tenant for a beautiful, cozy 2-person shared apartment in Maxvorstadt. The flat share is located in a multi-family house.
Your future room is 13sqm, rectangular and will be rented unfurnished.
The additional costs for your room consist of: Electricity, gas, internet, GEZ and the parking slot in the smae building. The 190€ redemption sum is composed of the bathroom closet, a new shelf for the kitchen and a sofa for the living room that we purchased together in May 2022, the furniture from the living room and some kitchen appliances.
About the apartment:
- The balcony is located on the back side of the building
- There is one complete bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink) and in addition a separate toilet
- The living room is around 20sqm and invites for a round of yoga/sports or one or the other game evening
- Washing machine + dishwasher are available
- Big cellar only for the apartment + bicycle storage
Due to the proximity to the main train station, all public transport is easy to reach. There are plenty of shopping facilities (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, dm, Müller) in the immediate vicinity. Not far away is Karlsplatz, a main gate for the beautiful city center. This is perfect for a walk, go to restaurants, enjoy a drink. If you have a car, you will have the option to park it inside the building in our own parking slot.
A little about me: I'm Daniela, 26 years old. I moved to Munich for my current job in the marketing department of a startup. I consider myself as a foodie thus I really enjoy cooking. One of my favorite activities is to try out cafes and restaurants and what better than with great companionship. My hobbies are dancing, playing volleyball and watching series and films of all kinds. I motivate myself to keep healthy routines and stay active. I like to go running (better if it’s in the nature, forest, mountain) and also, I enjoy practicing home workouts and yoga.
I'm happy to let myself be carried along and inspired. I like to let off steam creatively, be it painting, listening to music or reading a good book. I'm a big fan of travel around, discover cultures and learn languages (already learning German and starting with French). I would describe myself as tidy, clean and organized.
I enjoy the experience of sharing a flat and would be happy to work together harmoniously while getting to know more people. If time permits, I'm always available for a cooking, film or game evening together, a coffee break in between or a glass of wine. I just think it's the mix that makes the difference.
