Großes Zimmer im Souterrain (trotzdem hell, mit viel grün vorm Fenster - vor allem wenn die Brombeeren richtig loslegen) mit Bett, Couch, kleinem Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode (und Platz für etwas mehr) - Duschbad (ohne Fenster) in dem auch die Waschmaschine steht (deshalb nicht ganz zur Alleinnutzung)
Nutzung von Küche und Terrasse/Garten.
Ich bin seit langem Vegetarierin - streng genommen Pescetarierin - und in Sachen Wurst im Kühlschrank, Schnitzelbraterei etc. empfindlich. Eine Veggie-Mitbewohnerin wäre mir deshalb am liebsten. Es ist aber natürlich auch okay, wenn jemand in der Wohnung auf Fleisch & Co. verzichtet und außerhalb zuschlägt ;-)
Auch wichtig: Energiesparsamkat
Ein plus: Grüner Daumen (die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse freuen sich über gute Pflege, wenn ich mal weg bin)
Big basement room (yet light) furnished with bed, sofa, small desk, closet, dresser - showerbath without window, shared kitchen - I am a vegetarian (striclty speakin pescatarian) and would prefer if my flatmate were also or at least refrain from preparing meat in the kitchen or storing smelly sausages etc. in the fridge.
Important: Awareness for saving energy
Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur U2, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ruhig im Hinterhof (abgesehen von zwitschernden Vögeln im Frühling)
Petuelpark und Luitpoldpark in Spaziernähe
Five minutes zu subway U2, shops and parks in walking distance - backyard, so it's quiet (apart from noisy birds in spring time ;-)
Ab und zu mal zusammen ratschen, kochen (Veggie), Filme schauen, eine Runde im Park oder eine Tanzrunde im Wohnzimmer einlegen etc. okay - ansonsten eher Zweck-WG
Auch bin ich eher "leise" - also kein Partyleben ...
Ich versuche im Alltag Müll zu vermeiden (unnötige Verpackung etc.) und einigermaßen energieverträglich zu leben. Wäre schön, wenn das für Mitbewohner auch gelten würde.
Occasionally cooking/eating together, talking or watching a DVD, or going for a stroll is fine with me - no party life ...
I do like languages though - learning as well as teaching. Should any Swahili speaking person look for a room, you'll get a special offer
