In unserer umfassend sanierten (Oktober 2019) und möblierten Wohnung mit insgesamt 70qm und 3 WG Zimmern in Milbertshofen-am Hart wir zum 01.01.2022 ein Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 3min zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Harthof entfernt.
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 11qm und einen kleinen eigenen Balkon mit zusätzlichen 2qm. Die angegebene Warm-Miete von 690 EUR/Monat enthält auch Strom, Internet und die Möblierung.
Die Wohnung besteht neben den 3 Zimmern aus einem neuen Bad und voll ausgestatteter Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke.
Die beiden anderen aktuellen Bewohner sind sehr nett, lustig und umgänglich und arbeiten als Softwareingenieur bzw. als Praktikant in der Automobilbranche.
Zusätzlich gibt es bei Bedarf die Möglichkeit in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage einen Duplex-Stellplatz zu mieten.

We offer a room in a completely new renovated (October 2019) and fully equiped flat in Milbertshofen-Am Hart with 70 sqm and 3 rooms in total as of 01.01.2022. The flat is located about 3 walking minutes from the „U-Bahn“ station Harthof.
The room has 11sqm as well as a small balcony with 2sqm. The rent is 690 EUR per month and includes internet, electricity, water, furnishing etc.
Besides there is a new and fully equiped kitchen with a cosy sitting area as well as a new bath room.
The two other current tenants are very nice, funny and sociable and work as software engineer and intern in the automotive industry.
It is also possible to rent one of the Duplex Parkers in the underground parking.
