Room
A furnished room is available in Milbertshofen (nord Munich) and we are really in a hurry to find a new roommate.
The room is 25 square meters and the rent is € 580 warm (for September it will be € 560 warm, then because of the rent rise it will be from October of € 580 warm).
The house is quite big, there is a living room, kitchen, 2 balconies, bathroom and toilet are separated, and corridor.
Literally in front of the house there are Lidl and Dm; and 5 minutes of walk from the house there are Edeka and Aldi.
5 minutes by walk from the WG there is the Ubahn station with the U2. Within 2 stops you can change and take the U3. In 15/20 minutes you are in Marienplatz.
About the roomates:
Elena: I am an Italian teacher and a part-time secretary in an office. (23)
Giulia:she is a barista. (23)
Francesco: he's an engineer and works both at the University and with BMW. (28)
We are really open minded and chill, we like to do stuff together, we are not a Zweck WG. But at the same time everybody is able to have some quite time for themselves 🙂
We speak both English and German , so communication is not a problem for us!
