There is a room with 17m2 in a 3 WG (green room in plan). In total, 3 rooms in the apartment have access to the beautiful large balcony towards the inside (2 rooms directly, a room over the kitchen). The kitchen is very large for Munich conditions and allows for a proper table at which several people can also find room to celebrate a birthday :)
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.
Vermietet wird ein Zimmer mit 17m² in einer 3er WG (grünes Zimmer im Plan). Insgesamt besitzen 3 Zimmer in der Wohnung Zugang zu dem schönen großen Balkon Richtung Innenseite (2 Zimmer direkt, ein Zimmer über die Küche). Die Küche ist für Münchner Verhältnisse sehr groß und erlaubt einen ordentlichen Tisch an den auch mehrere Personen Platz finden um zum Beispiel einen Geburtstag zu feiern :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.
The apartment is just 5 minutes from Frankfurter Ring Metro Station. From there you can be at the main station in 10 minutes or for many more interesting in about 10 minutes at the university.
Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Net and Penny are also within a 5-minute walk.
Bmw, Ntt Data, Microsoft, Amazon, Osram and many more companies are also easily accessible by bike in a few minutes.
The parking situation is very bad. If you need your car every day, it will be exhausting with us.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten entfernt von der U-Bahn-Station Frankfurter Ring. Von dort aus ist man in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bzw. für viele viellt interessanter in ca. 10 Minuten an der Universität.
Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto und Penny sind auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bmw, Ntt Data, Microsoft, Amazon, Osram und viele weitere Firmen sind auch bequem mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Falls Du täglich dein Auto brauchst, wird es bei uns anstrengend.
We, Corinne, Franzi and Flo live in the 3rd WG. Franzi will go abroad for one semester and that's why we are looking for someone in the meantime as a substitute for them.
Corinne (23 years) is doing her master in civil engineering. In her spare time she likes to meet with friends (often cooked with us in the Wg) and otherwise she likes sports (biking, climbing, hiking, jogging, swimming).
In short, I'm the Flo, I'm 33 years old and working as a software developer. In my spare time, I play football in the club (at least if I can't just use a violation as an excuse), shockingly clichéd of the vaccinator times and watch too many series. For a game night, an evening beer or other bullshit that I'm always in love with.
In principle, we have a relaxed basic mood. There is no trouble or dispute. Cleanliness, consideration... blablub - say everything that is natural anyway - should also be natural for you :)
Wir, Corinne, Franzi und Flo wohnen in der 3er WG. Franzi wird für ein Semester ins Ausland gehen und deswegen suchen wir in der Zwischenzeit jemanden als Ersatz für sie.
Corinne (23 Jahre) macht gerade ihren Master in Bauingenieurwesen. In ihrer Freizeit trifft sie sich gerne mit Freunden (oft wird bei uns in der Wg gekocht) und ansonsten macht sie noch gerne Sport (Fahrradfahren, klettern, wandern, joggen, schwimmen).
Kurz zu mir, ich bin der Flo, bin 33 Jahre alt und arbeite als Softwareentwickler. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Fußball im Verein (zumindest wenn ich nicht gerade eine Verletzung als Ausrede benutzen kann), zocke ganz klischeehaft des Öfteren mal und schaue viel zu viele Serien. Für einen Spieleabend, ein Feierabendbier oder sonstigen Blödsinn, der uns einfällt bin ich immer zu haben.
Grundsätzlich herrscht bei uns eine entspannte Grundstimmung. Ärger oder Streit gibt es keinen. Sauberkeit, Rücksichtnahme... blablub - sprich, alles was sowieso selbstverständlich ist - sollte für dich auch naja selbstverständlich sein :)

Ingestion/Extract date is quite fixed, it may be that the incoming in August might also work 1-2 weeks earlier.
Wenn Du Interesse hast, stelle dich doch kurz vor, dann können wir uns die Tage mal treffen und sehen, ob es passt. Falls Du etwas weiter weg wohnst, wäre Skypen für uns auch in Ordnung.
Einzugs-/Auszugsdatum ist ziemlich fest, es kann sein dass der Einzug im August evtl auch 1-2 Wochen früher klappen könnte.
