Das Zimmer hat ca. 15qm. Die große Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock eines Terrassenhauses.
Die Zimmermiete beträgt 530 € und ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Wir haben Glasfaseranschluss also sehr schnelles Internet. Die Wohnung liegt im Olympischen Dorf, ein sehr ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Stadtviertel, es liegt eingebettet in der großen Parkanlage. Das Olympische Dorf beherbergt eine Studentenstadt ebenso die Sportuniversität. Mit der U-Bahn, U3-Olympiazentrum, kann die Innenstadt in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich BMW.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nadistraße, also direkt im Olympiapark. Du bist also sofort im Grünen. Ein Supermarkt und einige Schnellrestaurants sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächst Haltestelle ist Olympiazentrum und ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort fährt die U3 direkt über Marienplatz, somit bist du sehr gut angebunden.
Es handelt sich um eine Zweck-WG
Das Zimmer ist voll-möbliert. Die Miete ist inklusive aller Kosten. Es sind eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, WLAN, Trockner, Küchenzubehör, großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch inklusive Lampe, Bett, sowie ein weiteres Bett das ich immer eher als Sofa genutzt habe vorhanden.
