About the apartment:
The apartment is really practical and one can work and relax accordingly. Being a spacious apartment, with a large and illuminated bathroom, one can find all the necessary amenities required along with heating at one's convenience. At the same time, one can also relax in a nice living room with a large and comfortable couch in front of a projector, a warm kitchen with dining area and a large balcony to hang out. There is a small room that can be a storage room, but still to be defined and there is also a private garden at the back of the apartment where one can grill and spend the day. At the same time the apartment has a large private cellar which is always useful.
The apartment will be fully furnished and in case you use a car there is a private parking space waiting for you at no extra cost.

About the Concept of the Flat:
I am moving on January and I am looking for someone to share the flat with. The idea is to share the whole flat making it a co-working living space inviting for Aperitivo break whenever is needed.
About Me:
I was born and lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, until I was 18 years old. Then I moved to Bologna, Italy for studies and professional development. Then after moving to different places like Milan, Glasgow, Madrid and Barcelona I am currently working as a consultant in the insurance industry in Munich where I decided to stay.
I am a lover of sports, good food and wine and/or coffee talks. Good weather is always a good time to have a barbecue and whenever is possible I try to travel and meet up with friends.
