公寓使用面积130多平方米，两个卫生间，共5间公寓（现还剩下1间房，4间已出）。床，桌子，柜子都有；洗衣机,洗碗机（新），冰箱(新)，烤箱齐全，拎包入住！每两周我会找人专门做清洁！爱干净、不抽烟租房者微联系。
The apartment is more than 130 square meters, two bathrooms, two small gardens, a total of 5 room apartment. We only have one room left for rent. It's fully furnished. We have a washing machine, a dishwasher (new), a refrigerator (new) and an oven. There will be cleaning staff every two weeks for basic room cleaning.
位于M圈内U2北边的dülferstrasse站附近。出地铁站走路5分钟到达公寓，地铁旁有百货公司。坐上U2地铁直达市中心总火车站。走路5分钟内可到达：kaufland(今年年底开)，aldi，dm，penny，netto多家超市；步行7分钟有一家土耳其超市。走路15分钟可达一个越南超市（内容全）和lidl。步行1分钟后面就是大草坪和森林，散步好去处，环境优美。
The apartment is 3-4 minutes walk from subway station U2 Dülferstrasse. There is a great shopping mall(Mira) by the subway station. There are also lots of supermarkets: Kaufland（Expected to open by the end of the year 2022, Aldi, Lidl，dm, penny, netto, a Turkish supermarket, a Vietnamese supermarket. Our apartment is only 1 minute walk to the nature reserve (Panzerwiese). It's a great place to go for a walk and jogging.
公寓位于0层夏天非常凉快，搬家出入方便，前后都带小花园，夏天烧烤很惬意。前院有棵小红果树，每年盛夏结出满树爆甜的果。7月份会有三名男生入住公寓，他们有两位是实习生，一位是TUM大学在校学生。10月份会入住一名女生，她将在TUM读日耳曼文学硕士。四人均不吸烟，喜欢安静，爱干净。
The apartment is located on the 0th floor, which is very cool in summer and easy to move in or out. There are two small gardens in the front and back of the apartment and a lovely trampoline. BBQ in summer in the garden is relaxed.
Three male students will move into the apartment in July. Two of them are interns and one is a student at TUM University. A female student will be move into the apartment in October. She studies a Germanic Literature MA at TUM. None of the four are smokers. They all like quietness and cleanliness.

I prefer to rent to someone who wants to live here more than one year and can start moving in from the end of July to September. You don't need to buy the furniture in the room, just move in, but please take good care of them. If you are interested, introduce yourself briefly, then we can meet one day and see if it fits.
