The 23 square meters big stylishly furnished room is located in a bright, recently renovated apartment and has sole access to the large south-facing balcony. The kitchen offers enough space for hours together.
The apartment impresses with its quiet yet well-connected residential area. A beautiful park, the underground station U2 Milbertshofen and all shops for daily needs are right on the doorstep. You can reach the university and Munich Central Station in less than 10 minutes.
Please note that the furniture may differ slightly. The furnishings include a comfortable bed measuring 1.40 by 2.00 m, a desk with a bookshelf, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The furniture was ordered from IKEA.
