Hello everyone,
I am renting out a room in this 3-room apartment for a period of 3 months (from 15.02. to 15.05.) for anyone transitioning here in Munich as a professional or as a student.
The apartment is located in a new building, 5 minutes walk away from Moosach Bf. (really convenient to get to the city centre Marienplatz and also the HBF) It's a new building, so we have the kitchen equipped, floor heating and high quality windows so you do not hear any noise at all.
Your room will be 10sqm big, with a sofa bed/mattress and a clothes rack ready. We will share the kitchen and the bathroom. We also have a balcony which overlooks the beautiful sunset.

Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in dieser 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für einen Zeitraum von 3 Monaten (vom 15.02. bis 15.05.) für jemanden, der hier in München als Berufstätiger oder als Student einsteigt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Moosach Bf. entfernt (sehr praktisch, um in die Innenstadt zum Marienplatz und auch zum HBF zu gelangen). Es ist ein Neubau, also haben wir die Küche ausgestattet, Fußbodenheizung und hochwertige Fenster, so dass Du überhaupt keinen Lärm hören.
Dein Zimmer ist 10qm groß, mit einer Schlafcouch/Matratze und einem Kleiderständer ausgestattet. Wir werden die Küche und das Badezimmer teilen. Wir haben auch einen Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Sonnenuntergang.
The apartment is located in Moosach, 5 minutes away from the train station Moosach, with grocery stores within walking distance and a park right within the housing compound.

I will be living in the other room with you in the apartment.
I am neat and tidy, organised, and friendly. I am an architect working as a project manager, and I spend most of my working hours in the office or on my construction site. I love to cook and boulder, and make new friends. I would prefer a women to share this apartment with.
I speak English, German and Mandarin, so feel free to also write in German.
