Da ich nach über zwei Jahren in der WG meine erste eigene Wohnung in München gefunden habe, muss ich leider meinen geliebten Platz in der WG aufgeben.
Momentan steht das Zimmer bis zum 30.06 zur Verfügung. Wir sind im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unserer derzeitigen Vermietern und verhandeln gerade aus, wie lange wir darüber hinaus noch bleiben dürfen. Eine Verlängerung über den 30.06 ist also nicht ausgeschlossen und bringen wir gerade in Erfahrung.
Zimmer:
Das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet sich im 1.Stock, ist 18qm groß und auf der Südseite ruhig und sonnig zum Garten hin gelegen. Das Bad auf deiner Etage ist frisch renoviert mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das Haus selbst ist bestens ausgestattet mit großer moderner Küche, Geschirrspüler, Siebträgermaschine, Waschmaschine, Wintergarten, Terrasse, Garage, großem Esszimmer (Leinwand & Beamer) und mehr.
Das Zimmer ist derzeit unmöbliert, deine neunen Mitbewohner helfen dir aber bei deinem Umzug und stellen auch gerne die wichtigsten Möbel bereit.

At the moment, the room is available until 30.06. We are in regular contact with our current landlords and are currently negotiating how long we can stay beyond that. An extension beyond 30.06 is therefore not ruled out and we are currently finding out.
Room:
The room for rent is located on the 1st floor, is 18 square meters in size and is quiet and sunny on the south side facing the garden. The bathroom on your floor is newly renovated with shower and bathtub. The house itself is well equipped with a large modern kitchen, dishwasher, portafilter machine, 2 washing machines, conservatory, terrace, garage, large dining room (screen & projector) and more.
The room is currently unfurnished, but your new flatmates will be happy to help you move in and provide the most important furniture.
Das Haus ist mitten in Moosach, wenige Gehminuten zum Rewe/Edeka und den vielen Bushaltestellen. Der U-Bahnhof (U3) ist etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß oder zwei mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Auch der Westfriedhof (U1) ist sehr gut erreichbar.
Translation:
The house is in the middle of Moosach, a few minutes walk to Rewe/Edeka and the many bus stops. The subway station (U3) is about 7 minutes away on foot or two minutes by bike. Westfriedhof (U1) is also very easy to reach.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Aljendro, Celine, Aaron, Edu und Judith.
Alejandro: Er ist 25 Jahre alt, kommt aus Mexiko und studiert in seinem letzten Semester RCI an der TUM.
Celine ist 25, lebt schon seit Ewigkeiten in München, hat Politikwissenschaften studiert und arbeitet momentan bei einer Eventagentur.
Aaron ist 28, promoviert an der TUM in Physik.
Judith hat gerade ihren Master in der Biologie abgeschlossen, kommt aus Spanien und fängt nun ihren ersten Vollzeitjob an.
Edu ist unser jüngstes Mitglied und ist gerade dabei ihren Bachelor in der Journalistik abzuschließen.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene WG und mögen gemeinsame Aktionen wie Kochen, Filme schauen oder Spieleabende.
