Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit 1,40m, ein Bücherregal, eine große und kleine Kommode und eine Kleiderstange.
The WG is located in Moosach, right between Olympiapark and Olympia Shopping Mall. Both are reached in Ca 1 minute from the front door. The first bus stop is located in front of the OEZ entrance. Otherwise you can reach U1/U7/U3 in about 10 - 12 minutes walk. The advantage: At opening hours of the OEZ you can walk about 90% of the entire footpath in the OEZ in bad weather. (without detour)
Through the OEZ all shops of daily need can be reached in short.
Die WG befindet sich in Moosach, direkt zwischen Olympiapark und Olympia Einkaufszentrum. Beides erreicht man in Ca 1 Minute ab Haustüre. Vorm OEZ Eingang befindet sich die erste Bushaltestelle. Sonst kann man in ca 10 - 12 Minuten Fußweg die U1/U7/U3 erreichen. Der Vorteil: Zu Öffnungszeiten des OEZ kann man bei schlechten Wetter ca 90% des ganzen Fußwegs im OEZ gehen. (ohne Umweg! ^^)
Durch das OEZ sind alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs in kürze erreichbar.

The apartment is very large for 3 people.
In addition to the three bedrooms there are: bathroom, guest toilet, living room, gallery, kitchen, storage room, 2 halls and 2 balconies. And that on the 10th floor!
If you need space for learning/working, you can use my desk in the gallery.

Ich bin ab dem 29.07 beruflich in Köln. Was den Auszug angeht, sind wir bisschen flexibel. Bei dem 29.07 handelt sich um den frühsten Einzugstermin. Der Auszug wäre etwas flexibler. Schreibe mir einfach, bis wann du gerne hier wohnen würdest!
Der Preis bezieht sich auf eine Monatsmiete.
Auch wenn das Zimmer etwas klein ist, fehlt es uns hier an nichts :)
Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen sehr groß.
Neben den drei Schlafzimmern gibt es: Badezimmer, Gäste-WC, Wohnzimmer, Galerie, Küche, Abstellraum, 2 Flure und 2 Balkone. Und das im 10. Stock!
Solltest du Platz zum Lernen/Arbeiten brauchen, kannst du gerne meinen Schreibtisch in der Galerie benutzen.
