Location:
The apartment is located in Moosach – the train station can be reached in a few minutes walk or by bus station. The U3, S1 and Tram 20. From the main train station there are 22 minutes to the apartment. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a large forest with park and much more. We also have a fantastic view of the Munich skyline and the Alps!

To the apartment:
Your room is 15 square meters and is already fully equipped (the white room). We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment also includes washing machine and dryer. The living room is with sofa, bar and home cinema a great way to spend time with friends.

To me:
I am 25 years old, studying mechanical engineering at the HM, am believer Christ, driving motorcycle and having two sisters in Munich. I like to spend my spare time in the gym, with friends/family, where I like to organize activities such as volleyball, games evenings, ski trips, or similar.

I am a very neat and clean person and I wish that from you. Shared spaces should be clean and clean. That's important to me.

Ich suche jemanden der das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin zur Zwischenmiete für 1 Monat übernimmt

Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Moosach – der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit einer Busstation erreichbar. Dort fahren die U3, S1 und die Tram 20. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der Bahn 22 Minuten bis zur Wohnung. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du Supermärkte, Restaurants, einen großen Wald mit Park und vieles mehr. Außerdem haben wir eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Münchner Skyline und die Alpen!

Zur Wohnung:
Dein Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und bereits komplett ausgestattet (das weiße Zimmer). Wir verfügen über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine. In der Wohnung stehen auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Sofa, Bar und Heimkino eine super Möglichkeit, Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen.

Zu mir:
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, studiere Maschinenbau an der HM, bin gläubiger Christ, fahre Motorrad und habe zwei Schwestern in München. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne im Gym, mit Freunden/Familie, wobei ich gerne Aktivitäten wie Volleyball, Spieleabende, Skitrips, oder ähnliches organisiere.

Ich bin ein sehr ordentlicher und sauberer Mensch und wünsche mir das auch von dir. Gemeinsam genutzte Räume sollen sauber und aufgeräumt sein. Das ist mir wichtig.
