Also it can be ideal for long term tenants as well as it has plenty of wardrobe space and all furnitures you need. The flat is fully furnished with washmachine, kitchen and dining room. It is located on top floor in a buidling with lift. The room faces south, sunny, warm in winter. 2 min walk to lido, netto, Aldi,edeka, and OEZ. The bathroom has windows.
The flat is minutes away on foot to Olympia Einkaufen Zentrum, Olympia park, BMW welt, BMW museum, TUM, Muchen Hochschule, and O2 tower. It is 5 min to U1/U3 to central munich. Many busline connection (175, 50, 60, 143). Easy commute to airport. Parking is available.
Current residents normally enjoy quiet nights after work, but are also social and easy going as well. Quiet neighborhood. There is a community park with tischetennis table, benchs, etc for relaxation. All the rooms face south, with lots of sunshine.
