Die Mietdauer ist verhandelbar :)
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock (mit Aufzug) und das Zimmer ist etwa 17 Quadratmeter groß. Der Boden ist mit einem Parkett aus Eiche ausgestattet. Durch das Fenster scheint, trotz Baum davor, helles Licht herein. Das Zimmer grenzt an den Flur, durch den alle anderen Räume begehbar sind. Vermietet wird das Zimmer unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße aber man ist in nur 5 Minuten beim Olympia Einkaufszentrum, wo sich alles befindet, was das Herz begehrt. Von dort aus ist man ab der Ubahnhaltestelle OEZ mit der U1 oder U3 in Kürze im Zentrum Münchens.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und außer mir (22-jährige Volontärin aus München) gibt es keine anderen Mitbewohner. Ich mache gerne was mit anderen, aber ich verstehe es auch wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe braucht. Ich interessiere mich sehr für den Bereich Film, bin aber immer offen für Neues. Im Prinzip ist das Wichtigste, dass man sich gut versteht :)
Bei der Wohnung wäre ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dabei. Prinzipiell habe ich nichts gegen Haustiere :)
