My name is Artur and now I am looking for a new tenant for our 4-person student dorm in Moosach. The room is 20q.m., is furnished and shared with another tenant. The room is available only for 2,5 months until Jan. 2022
Die Wohnung befindet sich 15 Minuten vom Studienkolleg und ist sehr nah an S-Bahn(S1), U-Bahn(U8) und Tram(20). Neben uns gibt es Kaufland, Aldi, Rewe und Lidl. Auch in 8 Minuten sind Sie schon in Olimpiapark.
The apartment is in Moosach, which is quite a nice place to live in. You would only need about 20 minutes to reach Studienkolleg and 25 to arrive at LMU. We have various public transport available just nearby and also a lot of big supermarkets around(Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka) Also the Olimpiapark is just 8 minutes away.
Wir suchen freundliche, interessante und saubere Studenten mit wem wir gut und fun zusammenleben können.
Wir sprechen grundsätzlich Russisch Englisch und Deutsch, Hindi(und Chinesisch), aber es spielt keine Rolle

Warmmiete ist ungefähr 410€ und Sie könne auch die Möbel kaufen.
Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Ofen, Wasserkocher) und hat Balkone und viel Grünes draußen (aber nicht im Winter)
Die WG-Zimmer ist frei ab Ende Januar Anfang Februar , wenn Sie Interesse haben, schreiben Sie mir in Whatsapp.
The Warm Rent is about 430€ and you would also need to pay for the furniture.
The apartment has all the needed equipment (washing machine, oven..) and we also have a beautiful green Garten outside (not in winter though)
You would be able to move in in the near the end of January, Beginn of February.
Also, if you want you can rent the whole room for yourself for about 615€
