Die Bewohner das sind: Stefan, 23 aus Bulgarien , Valentina, 23 from Columbia, und Vojtech, 27, from Czech Republic.
Wir die Vermieter, sind ein professioneller WG Anbieter hier in München, und mein Job ist es euch in einem kurzen Gespräch kennen zu lernen um dann zu entscheiden ob ihr in die angebotene WG passt. Da ich das schon seit einiger Zeit mache und aus unseren WG Bewohnern enge Freundschaften entstanden sind, bestätigt dass mir meinen richtigen Riecher euch so zu wählen dass ihr super zusammen passt ;-)
Zusätzlicher Vorteil, wenn du bei uns buchst: Du kannst dir absolut sicher sein in guten Händen zu sein (wir sind ein eingetragenes Unternehmen, so dass du keine Angst vor Betrug oder ähnlichem haben musst ) und du hast auch einen Ansprechpartner, egal was für Probleme es gibt.
Außerdem musst du dich um nichts kümmern- weder um die Suche nach einem Nachmieter noch um andere Dinge wie GEZ-Gebühren nach der Anmeldung, Stromzahlungen etc.

Since I've been doing this for some time now and our flatmates have become close friends, this confirms that I have the right instinct to choose you so that you fit together ;-)
Additional advantage when you book with us: you can be absolutely sure to be in good hands (we are a registered company, so there is no fear of fraud or the like) and also you have a contact person no matter what problems it is. Furthermore you don't have to worry about anything - neither about a new tenant nor about other things like GEZ fees after registration, electricity payments etc.
