I rent a ZIMMER (16 sqm) in our beautiful house with garden at the Isar, near Bavaria Filmstudios, at least until the end of September 2025, but also like longer.

My apartment is an artistic paradise with a view into a beautiful garden. It is bright and quiet here and 5 minutes from the ISAR. Your room is fully furnished and has an internet connection. (But there are also Wlan). There is a bathroom with bathtub. The Wunderhornstraße is located in a quiet area with very good transport connections (Tram 15/25 only a 5-minute walk). To the main station you need about 20 minutes. You can also rent a bike.

Die Wunderhornstraße liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Tram 15/25 nur 5 Gehminuten). Zum Hauptbahnhof brauchst du ca. 20 Minuten. Du kannst auch gerne ein Fahrrad ausleihen.

Ich bin Künstlerin und Kinesiologin und improvisiere das eine oder andere, wie z.B. die kleine Wohnküche (nachträglich eingebaut).Ich ernähre mich vorwiegen vegetarisch. Im Winter lebe und arbeite ich auf La Gomera, das heißt ab Ende Dezember bin ich auf Reisen...Wir sind ökologisch ausgerichtet und betreiben einen kleinen Permakulturgarten.
Nebenan im Haupthaus lebt meine Tochter und ihr Vater (Journalist beim BR), dazwischen wandert unser Hund (Bordercollie-Mischling) Mia, die mit mir auf Reisen geht. Wenn du gerne im Wald spazieren gehst wird Mia dich gerne begleiten...
