wir haben in der WG genau zum Beginn der Wiesn ein Zimmer frei.
Das kann über s Oktoberfest gemietet werden - die Miete ist Verhandlungssache.
Wir wollen jemanden, der ordentlich ist, dort arbeitet und keine Party-People....
Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet (Bett, Schrank etc.)
Fenster gehen "hinten raus" ist somit ruhig.
Wohnung hat alles - Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank etc.
Waschmaschine vorhanden im Keller mit Trockenraum
Im Wohngebiet, Nahe zur Ubahn, Bushaltestellen auch vorhanden
Sopermärkte etc. auch alles da, Apotheken auch in der Nähe
Dürfte nicht so wichtig sein - wir leben seit langem zusammen, unterhalten uns, spielen mal zusammen und gehen auch mal zusammen weg.
Wir würden dich auf jeden Fall auf da Wiesn besuchen.
Wenn du uns in ein cooles Zelt bringen kannst zahlst du weniger Miete ;-)
