The room is on the ground floor and with ca. 18 sqm the biggest room in the house. There is plenty of space to bring furniture and to store all kind of things in it. The room is also very birght throughout the year, due to its large windows and the exist to the teracce. For me, the terrace is the highlight of the room which is always a nice place to chill and relax, esspecially during summer ;)
The house is located near to the Westpark which is a beautiful green park where you can do all kinds of sports or just chill out in nature. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk-away. There are also sevaral restaurants, Biergarten, bakeries in the near vicinity. The Pasing train station is 10 minutes by foot and there are also plenty of supermarkets, the pasinger marienplatz and all kind of shops there.
Living in our house is really relaxed. Since we are all studying or working we spent lots of time also outside but it is always nice meeting each other in the kitchen for example, having a chat or a beer on the terrace. We also enjoy being an international wg since this brings us in contact with very different personalities from different countries. So international application are very welcome but we are the same way happy to find germans (like I am) for the room.
Very importantly, the room is only free for THREE MONTHS and we are searching only for people who can move in at FIRST OF OCTOBER. Please do not apply if that is not an option for you. So, meetings and visits are possible but will be done very quickly this sunday or beginning of next week. So first come, first serve!
