Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Theresienstraße, direkt im Zentrum von München.
Es ist möbliert und es handelt sich um eine 3er WG. Aktuell wohnen noch 2 weitere entspannte und coole Mitbewohner.
Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und auch Waschmaschine+Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Miete beträgt 620€. Kaution 1000€
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn Station Theresienstraße. Von da aus ist man innerhalb 5 min am Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden. Rewe, Edeka, Netto, mehrer Bäckereien, Cafes, Bars sind in direkter Umgebung. Zu Fuß kommt man innerhalt weniger Minuten z.B: zur Pinakotheken, Odeonsplatz, Technische Uni und LMU.
eher entspannt und ruhig. Manchmal wird gemeinsam gegessen. Ansonsten arbieten die Mitbewohner vollzeit und sind oft außer Haus. Wenn du eine eher ruhige WG Atmosphere suchst, dann bist du hier genau richtig. Aber es ist auch vollkommen ok, wenn du den Gemeinsschaftsraum mal für eine WG Party in Anspruch nimmst. Das passiert ab und zu sowieso.
