Kleines, feines ~10 -15 qm Zimmer im Massmann Studentenwohnheim. Komplett möbliert. Bei uns sind ein paar Zimmer frei:
Erstes: 05.02. - 18.03.
Zweites: 25.02. - 11.04.
Drittes: 04.3. - 06.04.
Es gibt aber Möglichkeiten danach bei uns länger zu wohnen oder eine unbefristete Zimmer zu bekommen. Mehr dazu erzählen wir Freitag abends im Casting (26.01.).

There are three rooms available for short term rent:
First: 05.02. - 18.03.
Second: 25.02. - 11.04.
Third: 04.3. - 06.04.
There will be opportunities to extend your stay or get a permanent room. Casting will friday evening (26.01.)
Super Zentral! 10 Min Fussweg zur TU. 5 Minuten zu Tram (Sandstraße) und U-Bahn (Theresienstraße).
Lidl, Edeka und DM in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Very central! 10 min walk from TU campus, 5 min walk from tram station Sandstraße and U-Bahn Station Theresienstraße, LIDL, Edeka and DM are also right around the corner.
Hey, wir sind das Massmannwohnheim in der Maxvorstadt.
Die Basics: Man teilt sich mit den Mitbewohnern die sanitären Anlagen und die Küche. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon eine große Gartenanlage (samt Hühner!) und eine Traininganlage. Eine Sauna und ein Beamerraum kann nach Absprache auch benutzt werden.
Unser Zusammenleben: Wir sind ein Wohnheim, das sich selbstverwaltet. Es ist also schön wenn man etwas zum Erhalt und zur Gemeinschaft beiträgt. Außerdem organisieren wir pro Jahr 3 große Feste.
Da wir gerne auch mal im Wohnzimmer feiern, wird's auch ab und zu etwas lauter in den Zimmern. Das sollte dich nicht zu sehr stören :-) Wir würden uns natürlich freuen, wenn du der einen oder anderen Party feste beiwohnst!
