Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und
Spülmaschine .
Die sonstige Ausstattung zum Koch und Backen ist gut.
Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine.
Perfekt für Fahrradfahrer.
Die U2 ist recht nah (Theresienstraße).
Ich arbeite als Arzt in der Klinik. Daher bin ich tagsüber fasst immer weg, manchmal arbeite ich aber auch abends oder nachts.
Wenn du Bedarf hast, freue ich mich über Unterhaltungen, wenn ich zuhause bin.
Wenn ich frei habe, mach ich gerne Sport. Da freue ich mich über Gesellschaft.
Wichtig für mich ist (einigermaßen) Sauberkeit, Rücksichtnahme und Toleranz. Ich bin eher ruhig.
