Hello there,
We are looking for a nice and sociable person who would fit in our WG. The room is available from 01.05.2024 untill 30.8.2024. We would just expect you to clean and look after the common zones, like we all do! The room will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe, a desc & a chair.
IMPORTANT:
Our landlord would like:
- smoking not allowed in the flat
- a worker, trainee (contract required) or student
- Stay for a minimum of 1 year.
These candidates will have preference over the rest.
The flat was renovated approximately recently and it´s in a nice state. There is no Hauptmieter, which means that you will have an individual contract for your room directly with our landlord.
If all this sounds good to you and you would like to know more about us and the flat, send us an E-mail! I would arrange an appointment.
VERY IMPORTANT: We can only answer to people that are IN MUNICH at the moment and can come to visit the flat and meet the flatmates; if you are abroad or in another city then it won't be possible for me to accept or consider your request.

Liebe WG-Suchende,
bei uns in der, einer jungen 3er-WG, wird zum 01.05.24 bis 30.8.2024 (4 Monate) ein Zimmer mit Balkon frei und sind daher auf der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohner.
Wir suchen nette aufgeschlossene Leute die sich auch am WG leben beteiligen. Außerdem solltest Du auch Wert auf Sauberkeit legen und hin und wieder zum Putztuch greifen können.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Arbeitstischen & einem Stuhl ausgestattet.
WICHTIG:
Unser Vermieter möchte :
Nichtraucher und vorzugsweise einen Arbeitnehmer*in/Student*in, der/die für mindestens 1 Jahr bleiben würde.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und befindet sich in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Es gibt in der WG keinen Hauptmieter, sondern der Wohnungsbesitzer vermietet die Zimmer einzeln.
Wenn dir das alles zusagt und du mehr über uns und die Wohnung wissen willst, schick uns eine Email! Gerne können wir dann einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
WICHTIG: Wir können nur Termine mit Kandidat*innen in München vereinbaren, eine Onlinebesichtigung ist nicht möglich.
