Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm groß, hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen Garten und ist sehr ruhig und hell. Im Zimmer befindet sich schon ein Bett.
Die Wohnung liegt in München Perlach. Direkt davor befindet sich die U-Bahn Haltestelle Quiddestraße und eine Bushaltestelle , wo die U5 in wenigen Minuten zum Ostbahnhof, Odeonsplatz, Stachus fährt.
Auch wen man am Wochenende mal feiern gehen möchte, kommt man mit einem Nachtbus wieder nach Hause.
In der Nähe befinden sich diverse Supermärkte, die Post, Apotheke und alles was man sonst so braucht.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist eine sehr nette und umgängliche Spanierin, die auch berufstätig ist.
Es ist wichtig, dass man gegenseitig Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt und eine Grundsauberkeit hält.
Es ist keine Zweck-WG.
Alle Dinge, die in der Wohnung sind, können selbstverständlich genutzt werden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
