Hey there WG hunter,
We are three girls who have been doing our PhD's in science, and two of us have recently finished. As such, two of us will be following our dreams in other countries and will therefore be moving out of our flat. Our lovely top-floor apartment has 3x bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (8.6m2), a huge living room (32m2), balcony (34.6m2) and decent kitchen (6.7m2).
We are offering two rooms:
1. The first room is 13.7m2, opens out to the balcony and is 740 euros warm/month. Available from the: 17.10.19.
2. The second room is 13.7m2 is very sunny and is 700 euros warm/month. Available from the: 01.11.2019
As both of the girls moving out will be moving overseas, WG hunters who are willing to purchase furniture in the available rooms will be preferred.
The flat is a 2 min walk to Hohenzollernplatz (U2) in Schwabing with many nearby restaurants and food shops including: Netto, an asian grocer, Rewe and Lidle. The flat is centrally located, a short 10 minute u-bahn ride to the city centre and is close to Olympia Park, Muenchner Freiheit. Schwabing is generally a very pleasant neighbourhood with a great number of restaurants, cafes and parks.
A bit about the remaining flatmate: she is a biology PhD student, very keen gardener (the terrace is always flowery), fantastic chef and very laid back. She enjoys both her private time and having a nice dinner and a glass of wine with her flatmates depending on the evening.
We also share the cost of a cleaning lady, which comes to about 50 euros/month, but this is up for discussion.
