Very comfortable room, 14 m2, fully furnished including a large bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. All the furniture will be yours and stays in the room for this time. The WG consists of 4 separate rooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen as you can see it in the pictures.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U5-Station Friedenheimer Straße. Sie ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Rewe und ein Penny sind ganz in der Nähe, 1 Minute zum Einkaufen. Der Westpark befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
The apartment is located close to the U5 station of Friedenheimer Straße. It is roughly 10 minutes of walking to get there. A Rewe and a Penny are very close, 1 minute away for shopping. The Westpark is very close and it is easily accessible by bike or even on foot.
In der Wohnung leben noch 3 weitere Personen, zwei Deutsche und ein Spanier. Alle sind am Ende ihres Masterstudiums oder arbeiten bereits. Die Gruppe ist ein sehr cooler, entspannter Mensch. Wir hängen alle zusammen rum, spielen Videospiele oder Brettspiele und trinken am Wochenende ein Bier.
There are 3 other guys living in the apartment, two Germans and one Spanish. Everybody is at the end of their master studies or already working. The group is a very cool, easy-going person. We all hang out together, play video games, or board games, and drink a beer on the weekends.
