Das Zimmer hat ca. 18 qm, ist voll möbliert (mit Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange und großem Bett), hell und ist - bis auf die Möbel - leer. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und sehr ordentlich. Derzeit weiß ich noch nicht, wo es für mich hingeht (ob ich in München bleibe oder umziehe) , deshalb ist das Zimmer vorerst befristet vermietet.

The room is about 18square meters big, it's fully furnished (with a big bed, desk and closet), it's a light room and empty apart from the furnitre (so you can feel free to decorate the place for your needs). I currently don't know what I will be doing next year that's why I'm renting the room for a limited time at the moment. The flat is very calm and very tidy.
Von hier aus ist man mit dem Fahrrad schnell in der Stadt (über die Schleißheimer Straße oder die Leopoldstraße) oder mit der U2 direkt im Glockenbachviertel. Die Nachbarschaft hier ist nett und erstaunlich ruhig. Rund um die Wohnung hat man eine Auswahl aller Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, fünf Falafel/Dönerläden und sogar zwei Spätis. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, doch die Nachbar*innen sehr rücksichtsvoll.
**English version**
It's fast to get in the city center by bike or by metro (using the U2). The neighbourhood is really quiet and calm and you can find all kinds of german or turkish supermarkets around the corner. Since the building itself is very clairaudient, all neighbours are being really respectful with noise.
Die WG ist eine kleine WG - mit mir. Ich habe in dieser Wohnung schon in verschiedensten Konstellationen gelebt und freue mich auf neue! Es ist alles da, was man braucht (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Tischtennisschläger,...) Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und ich freue mich über ein respektvolles Miteinander. Ich koche viel und gerne und freue mich, abends auch mal zusammen zu essen. Ansonsten bin ich viel unterwegs, viel im Theater, in Münchens Bars oder zuhause und mache Yoga.
Ich habe viel im Ausland gelebt und WG Erfahrung und freue mich über neue Gesichter in München.

This is a really small flatshare - it consists of two people - you and me. I've lived here in various constellations and I'm happy to expierence a new flatshare. Since many people lived here you'll propably find almost everything you need (dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, table tennis rackets,...). I'm keeping the flat really tidy and I appreciate respectfullness when living together. I enjoy cooking a lot and eating together in the evenings after work. Otherwise I'm out and about a lot - especially in theatre. I've lived abroad before and I know what it's like to start in a new city and I'm happy to help.
Das Zimmer stand einige Zeit leer und ist ab jetzt zu vermieten - das Einzugsdatum ist also flexibel :)
